Golf In Kintyre
Kintyre has 5 different golf courses for you to play ( well four plus Gigha) and there are also other courses on the Island of Islay and also Arran so there are 7 in the local area. Further north within an additional hour you also have Lochgilphead Golf Course and Inveraray Golf Course.
The five golf courses in no particular order are Tarbert, Carradale, Dunaverty, Gigha and Machrihanish.
Machrihanish has an additional golf course under development - Machrihanish Dunes, which should be open during the course of 2009 to add an additional challenge.
